Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! All Signature Flavor cupcakes can be ordered for delivery through GrubHub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. All other custom orders can have a requested delivery by filling our a custom order form.
 

how do i store my cake?

If you have an all buttercream cake, you can store it in the fridge until about 30 minutes before serving. If you have edible images or heavy fondant decor, you can leave your cake in a cool space in the box until you’re ready to serve.
 

how do i store my cupcakes?

Your cupcakes can be left in the box and stored in a cool place until you’re ready to serve.
 

how do i know if my order is confirmed?

Full payment is required to confirm all orders, For custom orders, you’ll receive an email stating a staff member will call you to confirm everything and collect payment. We also offer emailed receipts upon request.
 

what is your refund policy?

Refunds are given at manager + owner discretion. Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the pickup date are eligible to receive a store credit. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the pickup date are not eligible for refunds or store credits.
 

what is a rush fee?

Our books fill up very fast, so we usually require 1.5-2 weeks’ notice for custom orders (custom orders are anything outside the realm of our Signature Flavor cupcakes). When we take orders on with less notice, we’re putting a little extra work onto our already busy employees, and we want to make sure they are rewarded for their hard work. Rush fees are calculated based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) design references, timing, supplies needing to be ordered, etc.

 

 

Can I order a specialty flavor even when it’s not on the stands for the current week?

Of course! When ordering a specialty flavor that is not a current weekly special, additional flavor fees apply.

Do you have other sizes for your cupcakes?

We offer medium sized cupcakes (about the same size as most bakeries and grocery stores) and mini cupcakes (bite-sized). Visit our Menu page to see requirements when ordering these.

do you have any information regarding allergies?

4 of our Signature Flavors contain nuts (Carrot Cake, Hot Fudge Sundae, Peanut Butter Cup, and Salted Caramel). Some of our 200+ flavors contain nuts as well. Please feel free to call ahead for more information.

All cupcakes and gluten-free variants do contain dairy. Please feel free to inquire about our vegan (dairy free) cupcakes!

Do you offer vegan and gluten-free options?

Yes, we do! Our gluten-free options do contain egg products, and our vegan options do contain flour that has gluten. Any gluten-free or vegan cakes will receive a $10 specialty batter upcharge.

I haven’t heard back from anyone yet… what should i do?

It takes anywhere between 24-48 hours to receive a response; our team handles several orders a day along with other tasks, and we respond to emails in the order we receive them. If it’s been 48 hours and you haven’t received anything, be sure to check your spam folder to see if our email to you may have been misplaced!
